WHEELWORLD – An experience of all things wheel !

Activity Number 1 - Mountain Bike Trials

Suitability Code = C,S,V

Activity Supervisor = (Steve & Tim Henstock from the Altrincham Musketeers)

Dare you ride with safety helmet secure and attempt to win the Trials trophy – take care as you cycle the trials course on one of our mean mountain bikes – the trials trophy will be awarded to the rider who (at the decision of the two imported experienced supervisors) rode the course with attitude.

Activity Number 2 – Grand Prix Pit Stop

Suitability Code = B,C,S,V

Activity Supervisor = (Steve & Tim Henstock from Altrincham Musketeers)

From the other side of the country comes the ultimate team challenge. In teams of Five you need to react like a F1 pits team against the clock, Take advice from the wheel boys steve and Tim and they’ll show you the best technique on changing the wheels of the sleek soap box carts. Can your team be the best ?

Activity Number 3 – Quad bikes

Suitability Code = C,S,V

Activity Supervisor = (East Coast Quads Staff, Crostwick)

The local Quad team are here and now it’s your go!  Listen to the professional instruction then have a taster on the QT (QuadTrail) – With your helmet on can you stick to the trail? With the wind through your hair and the fumes up your nose – let the blood rush, from your head to your toes!

(The quads are for you to try, don’t race – pick up a leaflet and visit East Coast 4x4 in  Crostwick)

 

Activity Number 4 – Cub Karting

Suitability Code = B, C (up to and including age 10)

Activity Supervisor = (Cub Karting Staff, Sherringham)

These super battery powered Karts are designed for the ‘little people’ on this millennium site.

With their safety helmets on, the thrills and spills of karting in the confines of the world famous inflatable Salhouse rink track become a reality. Owners David and Edwina will show the way from the pit lane and judge who will in their opinion be awarded the prize for the fastest lap.
