Itinery of events for VIP Millennium Camp Guests 18:00 - 18:30 ARRIVAL AND WELCOME
VIP Guests arrive on site – report to reception tent. Fruit
punch served – followed by a short introduction presentation. 18:30 –
19:00 MEET THE CAMPERS
Guided
tour of our site by members of the Broadland District
Scout Association. (Please ask questions as you visit the site with your
guides) 19:00 – 19:30 VIP
RECEPTION
Non-alcoholic
drinks and a finger buffet with a chance to view pictures of the days events via
computers and meet some of the leader team. 19:30 – 22:00 THE
MILLENNIUM PARTY
Join
the campers around a traditional camp fire – see the short sketches and laugh
at the jokes – join in (or Hum!) with some song singing – take part in the
action or simply experience the occasion as the party with the theme of light
ends with the gasps and amazement of a firework display.
22:00
VIP Guests depart for home as the camp settles for the night. SPECIAL TIPS Please
wear stout footwear and be sure to wrap up warm, as the evening will be cool and
the night, cold. Transport
around the site for those who require assistance can be arranged.
