0800 - Site open for construction – site services only (On Site Night Security)

Friday 26^th May 2000

08:00 – 16:00 (Adults Only) - Site open for Group site equipment and pitching

16:00 – 20:00 – Site open to Cubs – Scouts – Ventures (at Group Discretion)

20:00 – Opening Ceremony with group flags in uniform

20:30 – 22:00  Evening activity including Cinema – Karaoke - Baseball competition

21:30 – Flag down - Ventures

23:00 – Lights out

Saturday 27^th May 2000

07:30 – 08:45  BREAKFAST

08:45 – 09:00  Flag Break – Aylsham - all on Camp to Flag – non uniform

09:15 – 12:15  Activity Zones

10:30 – Beavers Arrive at sleep over Lodge

12:00 -  Beavers Opening Ceremony on site

12:30 – 13:30  LUNCH

13:45 – 16:45  Activity Zones

17:00 – 19:30  EVENING MEAL

18:00 – 19:30  VIP Reception

18:30 – 19:00 – Tour guides & Tours

19:30 – 22:00  Millennium Camp Party and (Charity Cheque Presentation)

21:30 – Flag down – North Walsham

23:00 – Lights Out

Sunday 28th May 2000

07:30 – 08:45  BREAKFAST

08:45 – 09:00  Flag Break – Beavers - All on Camp to Flag – Scouts Own

09:15 – 12:15  Activity Zones

12:30 – 13:30  LUNCH

13:45 – 16:45  Activity Zones

16:50 – Beavers closing ceremony & presentations

17:00 – Beavers leave for home

17:00 – 19:30  EVENING MEAL

19:30 – 22:00  Evening Activity including Cinema – Karaoke – Baseball competition

21:30 – Flag Down - Coltishall

23:00 – Lights Out

Monday 29^th May 2000

07:30 – 08:45  BREAKFAST

08:45 – 09:00  Flag Break – Stalham - all on Camp to Flag

09:15 – 10:30 Activity competition finals

09:15 – 11:00 Strike Group sites

11:00 – 11:30 Closing Ceremony and presentations – Flag down - Salhouse

11:30 – 14:00 Staggered Departure for home.

14:00 – 18:00 Strike all Group sites

18:00 -  District Leaders – DeBrief (Overnight security)

Tuesday 30^th May 2000

08:00 – 12:00 Strike site services only.

12:00 – Site check by Land Owner.
