Camp Blown AwaySadly Mark Preston with Leaders of Broadland District decided to cancel the camp at 05:20 hrs on Saturday 27th May 2000. This decision was taken following the site suffering two big storms during the Friday Night / Saturday Early Morning with winds reaching force 6 at times. The Storm took out two of the Service Teams tents, central team cooking and HQ One as well as damaged to other tents on the site. Mark would like to say a big thank you to all who have given up so much time and effort for this event. Broadland District will be organising a fun day sometime this year. Details will be sent out as soon as they are available. We have managed to take some photos during the the camp and they are posted in the gallery area of this site. More pictures will following over the next few weeks as and when we have them. Thank you for your support of the site.
