When you hear a horn sound. Check to see what flags are flying

The flags are a signal - take the appropriate action

A = Wet weather routine 
everyone back to your tent and change into waterproofs
and wait for further instructions. (Stay warm - keep dry)
B = EMERGENCY - Everyone to the flag pole.
E = Group contact leaders to the flag pole.
L = Tuck Shop/Food stalls are open.
O = Everyone (except catering teams) to the flag pole.
S = Everyone to their group site.

Top safety tips

 

Do not climb through the hedges - please use the path.

Do not run near the road ways.

Do not leave any litter anywhere - please use a bin.

Do not talk to anyone who is not wearing a security pass.

Do keep your hat on.

Do your best on all the activities and help your friend.

Do stay on the site - can you see your leader ?
